Requirements

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work in an in-office setting

Nice To Haves

College education is preferred
Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service

Responsibilities

Monitor routes and maintain regular communication with delivery teams to ensure high-level customer service
Provide responsive customer support by taking calls and developing solutions to address potential issues
Record detailed notes and information in the delivery system with accuracy and thoroughness
Communicate solutions and updates to other departments and office staff as needed
Maintain meticulous records and ensure data entry accuracy
