About The Position

At LoadUp, customers and contractors rely on the Operations team to keep each job on track from the first booking through completion. The Dispatch & Customer Service Agent is the primary point of contact, dispatching jobs to contractors, responding to customer and contractor inquiries, and resolving issues. This execution-focused, high-communication role ensures orders are covered, customers are informed, and contractors have what they need to complete the work. The role is full-time and onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia (Metro Atlanta).

Requirements

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple orders and conversations at once.
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and assign jobs to contractors, ensuring every order is covered and on track.
Monitor real-time order status from initial request through service completion.
Resolve coverage gaps, delays, and scheduling conflicts before they affect customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors via phone, text, chat, and email.
Resolve inquiries quickly and accurately with a professional, customer-first approach.
Troubleshoot scheduling issues, service concerns, and escalations calmly and with a solutions-focused mindset.
Follow up proactively and keep customers and contractors informed.
Accurately document communications and actions in internal systems.
Report recurring issues, trends, or system gaps to leadership.
Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows.
Represent LoadUp’s core beliefs with integrity in every interaction.
