About The Position
Our company is a 24-hour Alarm Monitoring Company. This position involves minimal phone work and a heavy flow of computer work. We are the first contact for over 20,000 different companies and homes spanning from North Florida to Key West. Our job is to notify Police and/or Fire Departments when an alarm has been activated. We dispatch the authorities for Fire, Burglary, Panic, Hold-up, Medical and Ambush Alarms, and much more.
Requirements
- Must have your own transportation.
- English is a requirement.
- Must be available Holidays.
- Pass a background check and drug test.

- Customer Service experience
