Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and callers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests, alarms, incidents, and other security-related communications to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Monitor communication systems, alarm notifications, cameras, and access-control activity, documenting relevant information and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift reports, including the status of calls, personnel, and response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating communications with on-site personnel and external agencies as needed.
