Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to exceed satisfaction Take the extra mile to engage customers and clients Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and clients through open and interactive communication Meet personal/customer service team call goals Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution Document customer interactions Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies Daily reports and communication via email
