About The Position

The Dishwasher/Utility Worker helps maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents and staff at The Doliver of Tanglewood, an independent living and assisted living community with memory care. This full-time role supports kitchen operations by cleaning dishes, tableware, kitchenware, and food preparation and production areas. A $250 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $125 after 30 days of employment and $125 after 60 days.

Requirements

Ability to work for extended periods in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments.
Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop, and to stand for long periods.
Ability to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Must be able to work holidays.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently.
Keep the dish machine clean and immediately report functional or mechanical issues.
Wash and store tableware and kitchenware to maintain adequate supplies of clean items for the dining room and kitchen.
Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Complete other tasks assigned by management or leadership to support smooth kitchen operations.
