Responsibilities

• Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products as assigned.
• Ensure product quality before sending items to the sales floor.
• Maintain sanitation in the department and organization of back storage, freezer, walk-in, and production areas.
• Read and execute the daily production list.
• Provide customer service, including answering questions and taking orders by phone.
• Assist with monitoring product quality and shrink.
• Order and receive products and supplies; maintain transfer records.
• Prepare, wrap, price, sell, and continuously stock products.
• Demonstrate products or prepare customer samples for self-service.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.
