About The Position

Dishwashers support the guest experience by keeping dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for use. The role supports dining room and kitchen staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a focus on cleanliness, sanitization, careful handling of tableware, and guest service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more.
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties.
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Take responsibility for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and immediately report functional or mechanical problems to the Manager.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
