About The Position

The Dishwasher supports the guest experience by keeping dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for use. The role maintains cleanliness and sanitation in dishwashing, food preparation, and production areas and provides support to the dining room and kitchen.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more.
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties.
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Take responsibility for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and immediately report functional or mechanical problems to the Manager.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
