About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of cutlery, glassware, food machines, and other items. The role also requires keeping the dishwashing station pristine and safe.

Requirements

• Ability to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, and move constantly within one area.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 60 pounds, including bags, cases, and stacks.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to work for long periods in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and other items in a dishwasher.
• Change out the water in the dishwasher hourly.
• Remove trash and garbage from the restaurant and dispose of it in the dumpster.
• Roll and unroll mats in preparation for floor cleaning.
