Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Take out trash and assist with recycling
- Support kitchen staff with cleaning and basic prep tasks when needed
- Ensure floors and work areas remain clean and safe
