Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of pots, pans, dishes, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean work station and restaurant while on shift.
• Perform pre-shift side work, ongoing side work during the shift, and closing or end-of-shift side work with attention and care.
• Polish glassware for beverage service.
• Ask questions when necessary.
• Ask for help when necessary.
• Follow all Chook safety procedures.
• Arrive on time for shifts in a clean uniform and with good personal hygiene.
