About The Position

The Dishwasher adheres to hotel specifications and standards while operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares. The role also involves washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment, and cleaning and maintaining equipment and designated work areas. The Dishwasher must follow sanitation and health regulations, hotel requirements, OSHA regulations, and safe equipment-use practices.

• Ability to count.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with management and co-workers so they understand.
• Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ability to maintain complete knowledge of correct equipment maintenance and use.
• Ability to comply with state sanitation and health regulations and hotel requirements.
