About The Position

The Dishwasher operates the dishwashing machine according to hotel specifications and standards to clean designated restaurant and kitchen wares. The role also involves washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment, and cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas. The dishwasher must follow state sanitation and health regulations, hotel requirements, and OSHA regulations for chemical use and equipment safety.

• Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
