About The Position

The Dishwasher uses established guidelines to operate and maintain the dish machine, washes glasses and dishes in a standard dish rack, and washes pots and pans in the designated pot washer area. The role keeps the kitchen neat and clean, including sweeping up broken glass or dishes and mopping spills. It also includes emptying, spraying, and sanitizing trash cans and replacing their bags; following MSDS and safety protocols; and assisting in other kitchen areas as assigned, including banquet plating when needed.

• Wash glasses and dishes in a standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans in the pot washer's area.
• Keep the kitchen neat and clean, including sweeping up broken glass or dishes and mopping spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans, spray and sanitize them after each use, and replace the trash bags.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform duties in other kitchen areas as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
