About The Position

Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club is currently looking for Dishwashers to join our team! Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club is a revolutionized dining, drinking and entertainment establishment opening mid-September across from Delta Center in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway. Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex will feature a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling. Open seven days a week, the restaurant will serve American bar and grill food favorites along with more eclectic offerings and playfully crafted desserts, all freshly prepared in the full kitchen.

Requirements

Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue.
Properly stores and removes garbage and soiled linens.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen and the BOH area in accordance with Health Department.
Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers while being a team player.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of the dish machine.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies.
Communicates product needs to the chefs and/or purchaser.
Properly sets-up dish station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
