About The Position

As a Steward at Nemacolin, you help create a clean, safe, and service-ready foundation for culinary operations through attentive care, thorough sanitation, and dependable behind-the-scenes support. A significant part of the role is dishwashing: cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, and keeping dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and serving pieces available for service. You will also care for kitchen areas and equipment, support culinary professionals, and build foundational hospitality skills through teamwork and reliable work. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, active role involving frequent standing, lifting, bending, and movement. You will work closely with culinary and hospitality professionals and may have a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nemacolin offers paid training and structured onboarding, hands-on and cross-department learning, and opportunities for advancement. Nemacolin is a private, family-owned and woman-owned luxury resort spanning more than 2,200 acres in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands.
