About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Dishwashers for 46 Below Cafe at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Dishwashers help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and on food and beverage serving equipment to support guests’ health and safety and deliver a quality guest experience. No experience is required. The role involves washing and storing dishes, glassware, cookware, flatware, utensils, and other kitchen items; maintaining required sanitizer levels; cleaning and organizing the dish room and kitchen work areas; and removing and sanitizing trash containers. The position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift, handling items weighing up to 50 pounds, and working in variable temperatures. Requirements

Ability to understand and follow directions.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
No experience required.
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds and place items above and below head height.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift; occasionally push and pull equipment, mops, and brooms.
Ability to work in variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and other kitchen items by hand or using a dishwasher.
Ensure dish machines and pot sinks maintain sanitizer levels that meet health requirements.
Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Clean and organize the work area, including equipment, floors, walls, cooking areas, and kitchenware storage.
Remove trash from the dish room, transport it to the dumpster, and clean and sanitize garbage cans.
