About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment and maintaining orderly work areas. The role supports the cleanliness and safe operation of restaurant and service areas, including dishwashing, equipment storage, and general cleaning. The position requires working venue events, which may include extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
Follow workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations and complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
Clear tables after guests leave and take tableware to the dish room, sorting silverware, dishes, glassware, and other items into appropriate washing areas.
Wash china, glassware, and silverware.
Clean equipment, pots, and pans.
Store equipment in proper locations.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Attend mandatory meetings.
Perform all assigned side work.
Perform general cleaning tasks in accordance with health and safety standards.
Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Practice safe work habits and follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
