About The Position
The Field’s at the Wilderness Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining clean dishes and work areas and cleaning kitchen areas at the end of the shift. The role is part-time or full-time and requires availability at night and on weekends. The position is part of a fast-paced team at Wilderness Resort, a family-owned resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- Hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-service-driven.
- Night and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
- Clean or prepare food for cooking and serving.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Sweep and scrub floors.
- Clean garbage cans with water and/or steam.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
- Clean kitchen areas at the end of the shift.
