About The Position

Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club is seeking Dishwashers to join its team at Flanker SLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. The dishwasher cleans dishes and maintains a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses. The role also helps maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout the dish station, kitchen, back-of-house area, and venue.

Requirements

Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform tasks that may require repetitive motion.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
Assist with cleaning inside and outside the venue.
Properly store and remove garbage and soiled linens.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, kitchen, and back-of-house area in accordance with Health Department requirements.
Follow supervisor instructions, communicate with and support coworkers, and work as a team player.
Use the dish machine and cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies properly.
Communicate product needs to chefs and/or the purchaser.
Set up the dish station and perform opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
Immediately report breakage or damage to equipment or furniture to management.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
