About The Position

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Dishwasher/Utility Employee helps ensure smooth, efficient, guest-ready bakery operations by meeting high-volume dishwashing needs and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery. The role also supports baking and production activities, including preparing ingredients and equipment, assisting with baking, and following procedures for packaging, labeling, storage, product rotation, and logs. The employee is expected to embody NbC core values and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., and occasionally on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner according to NbC standards.
• Monitor sanitization levels for compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Gather and remove garbage; sweep and mop floors; and clean floor drains.
• Routinely clean windows, shelves, counters, refrigerators, coolers, and bathrooms.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and prepare cleaning supplies for the next shift.
• Monitor cleaning-supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with unloading, processing, and storing weekly supply deliveries.
• Help other team members clean and organize workstations as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene requirements.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Use measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to support cake baking.
• Assist the baker with preparing raw ingredients and equipment, placing cake pans into the oven, and monitoring baking.
• Assist the baker with daily baking and production flow and processes.
• Follow procedures for packaging, labeling, and storing baked cakes; maintain product rotation standards and baking and refrigeration logs.
