About The Position

Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan, is a luxury boutique hotel offering an upscale and collaborative work environment. The Dishwasher/Steward supports the culinary team and helps maintain clean, organized, and efficient kitchen operations. The role involves washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; assisting with food preparation and plating as needed; and handling and storing food and supplies properly. The Steward follows food safety and sanitation guidelines, works with team members to maintain a smooth workflow, and contributes a positive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires the ability to lift more than 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required. Previous Steward or similar experience is preferred.
