About The Position
The PM Dishwasher supports the culinary team at Cassique Clubhouse by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen and dishwashing areas. This role is essential to ensuring smooth kitchen operations during evening and weekend service.
Requirements
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas
- Properly operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment
- Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including floors, mats, and storage areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen staff as needed during service periods
