About The Position

The Dishwasher/Pot Washer maintains a clean, organized kitchen and dish area. The role includes washing and sorting kitchen items, keeping floors clean and dry, storing food deliveries, maintaining trash and dry-storage areas, following daily dish-cleaning duties, and assisting with food preparation or other duties requested by the chef as needed. Applicants are asked to bring a black polo shirt, black work pants, black slip-resistant shoes, ID, Social Security card, and resume.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen and keep the dish area organized and free of clutter.
• Wash and sort soiled pots, pans, and sheet pans.
• Set up dish stations and sinks.
• Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
• Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers properly.
• Change sink water every two hours or more often as required by business levels.
• Use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab properly.
• Assist with timely storage of food deliveries.
• Maintain trash cans during the shift and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Maintain and organize the dry-storage area and storage shelves.
• Follow posted daily dish-cleaning duties.
• Assist with food preparation and other duties requested by the chef as needed.
