About The Position

Directing and driving the business group toward achieving technical objectives and financial goals based on short-term and long-term client requirements and division business plans. Setting and communicating clear goals, expectations, process, and direction for leaders within the business group, ensuring a balance between tactical actions and the liability of results, as well as alignment with SRC’s value and culture. Planning, forecasting, managing, and tracking all business group programs, schedules, budgets, and staffing. Actively identifying additional follow-on/natural extension tasking with existing customers as well as pursues new business opportunities and negotiates agreements for business expansion with a variety of customers. Developing marketing strategies and proposing long-range business plans. Acting as liaison with government agencies, offices, SRC executive leadership, and directors.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and fifteen years work related experience or a PhD degree and twelve years work related experience in a relevant technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
