Join us as a Director, US Corporate Derivatives Sales Take on a senior US Corporate Derivatives Sales role originating and executing derivatives/risk management solutions for US Corporate customers. You’ll work closely with DCM originators, Rates and FX Sales and Trading, Corporate Bankers and Syndicate, as well as business partners in Counterparty Exposure Management, Legal, and Risk. Requirements

  • At least eight years’ experience in derivatives sales and execution within an investment banking environment.
  • A strong track record of transaction execution and client coverage.
  • Enjoy working within a collaborative, high‑energy team, partnering closely with colleagues across the franchise to deliver high‑quality client outcomes and advance shared commercial goals.
  • A bachelor’s degree, BA or BS
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • The confidence to take on broad responsibilities in a growing platform

Responsibilities

  • Making sure NatWest Markets delivers consistently high standards of customer service across the full transaction lifecycle.
  • Acting with integrity, due skill, care and diligence, while developing, deepening and institutionalising strong client relationships.
  • Maintaining close, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, working as part of a cohesive team to deliver joined‑up client outcomes.
  • Acting as the primary Derivatives Sales/Risk Management contact for the bank’s Corporate customer base, ensuring a strong and growing customer relationship.
  • Delivering budgeted revenue through thoughtful client advice, proactive coverage and strong execution.
  • Helping drive new business for the franchise through targeted client prospecting.
  • Supporting and maintaining a robust risk control environment, so activity is conducted in line with policy, regulation and best practice.
  • Undertaking periodic business-related projects to support analysis and the ongoing development of the franchise.
  • Supporting the development of junior talent by providing guidance, oversight and coaching where appropriate.
