Director, Systems Support and Training

Anduril•Costa Mesa, CA

About The Position

Anduril’s Production Technology (ProdTech) organization enables end-to-end production processes through technology, drives adoption and adherence, and determines the roadmap for production enterprise systems. The Director, Systems Support and Training will lead the team responsible for system training and adoption, while building cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role also manages budgets, resources, and staffing. The position owns the end-to-end support model for mission-critical enterprise systems, including escalation paths, triage workflows, and on-call rotations. It defines and tracks operational service-level measures such as first response time, time to resolution, and system availability. The Director builds feedback loops with Engineering and Product teams, turning frontline tickets and system bugs into prioritized roadmap features. The role architects role-based training programs and certifications for shop-floor operators, manufacturing engineers, and supply chain teams; leads change management for system rollouts, migrations, and major releases; and implements learning tools, digital adoption platforms, and dynamic documentation. It partners with Factory Operations, Quality, Central IT, and Software Engineering to align tools with operational workflows, and serves as the executive escalation point for production-blocking software issues.
