About The Position

The Director of Support Services is responsible for financial management and quality service across assigned departments, including Environmental/Linen Service, Materials Management, Maintenance, Building and Grounds, Guest Relations, Safety, and Human Resources. The role ensures cleaning standards, safety requirements, blood and body fluid precautions, consistent department quality standards, and compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. The director implements improvements to service quality and facility cleanliness, hires and trains staff, monitors workforce productivity and effectiveness, participates on the organization's Senior Management Team, and serves as Administrator on call.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field plus 2–4 years of experience in a management, supervisory, or leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree and/or Registered Dietitian with Indiana Certification.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards and Life Safety Code.
• Knowledge of foodservice safety and sanitation requirements.
