About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Strategies & Integration, the Director, Strategy Integration & Operations plays a critical leadership role in shaping and advancing Anheuser‑Busch’s growth strategies. This role drives integrated planning, disciplined execution, and strong cross‑functional alignment across priority initiatives, while also supporting CIC team operations, including governance, planning processes, and budget oversight. The Director oversees a portfolio of high‑impact strategic initiatives, serving as PMO on select efforts, and acts as a central connector across business teams, working with colleagues up and down the organization. Success requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity while elevating decision quality and execution rigor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Must be in office 5 days a week
  • Significant experience in strategy, commercial planning, marketing, sales, consulting, or PMO
  • Proven success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated project planning across commercial functions to ensure cohesive, actionable plans to deliver AB growth strategies
  • Design and run operating cadences, decision forums, and follow‑ups that drive accountability
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies to progress project efforts
  • Provide PMO leadership for high‑visibility, cross‑functional initiatives
  • Establish clear governance, track milestones, assess risks, and communicate progress to leadership
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to align priorities, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum
  • Develop clear, compelling executive‑level materials for senior leadership
  • Connect consumer insights, category performance, and commercial results to strategic recommendations
  • Lead CIC 1Yr planning processes through target alignment and execution
  • Support development of CIC team communications for townhalls, L&D programs and engagement events
  • Manage CIC team operations, including budget oversight and governance, Target Setting & Cascading, and engagement plans
