About The Position

We’re looking for highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations role to help drive strategic initiatives, data-driven decisions and operational excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will work closely with the leadership team and across multiple cross-functional areas (including Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, etc.) to identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We are looking for individuals who are high horsepower and high throughput to help us drive our most critical initiatives forward to unlock the next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 6 -10 years of consulting, business operations, or investment banking experience
  • Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution
  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making
  • Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities
  • Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or workflows
