The annual base salary for this position ranges from $157,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $332,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience. Information about benefits can be found here. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 10+ years of experience in merchandising or product leadership.
  • Proven experience leading global teams and complex seasonal line plans.
  • Deep knowledge of the global sportswear consumer and marketplace dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global merchandising vision for Converse Sportswear—defining line plans, shaping assortments, and ensuring every product choice ladders back to the consumer and the brand.
  • Lead teams, guide cross‑functional partners, and turn insight into product stories that resonate globally.
  • Own global line planning, architecture, and seasonal merchandising strategy across Footwear and Apparel.
  • Influence global creation decisions rooted in consumer insight, growth opportunity, and marketplace realities.
  • Manage and develop the Sportswear Merchandising team, setting clear direction and expectations.
  • Partner with Design, Product Creation, and Planning to shape category strategy and long‑range vision.
  • Analyze trends, competition, margin, lifecycle, and flow to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Drive alignment across X‑Sports and Marketplace merchandising teams.
  • Lead seasonal readouts, line plan reviews, and executive‑level presentations.
