About The Position

The Senior Planner, Sport Planning, Apparel & Accessories will drive seasonal and long-term planning, build consumer-right and marketplace-relevant forecasts, and partner cross-functionally to support strong offense execution across the Apparel & Accessories categories. This role is with Converse, a brand born in sports and made for the street, offering an opportunity to explore potential, obliterate boundaries, and push out the edges of what can be.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
3+ years of planning, forecasting, or merchandising planning experience.
Experience with consumer, marketplace, and trend-driven planning.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Ability to collaborate and influence across functions and geos.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams.
Passion for sport, consumer behavior, and the Converse brand.

Responsibilities

Own seasonal and long-term demand plans for Apparel & Accessories with a consumer- and marketplace-first mindset.
Partner with Merchandising, Marketplace, Finance, and Planning partners to align forecasts to strategy.
Develop scenario plans, identify risks/opportunities, and drive forecast accuracy.
Leverage consumer insights, marketplace trends, and historical performance to optimize plans.
Support seasonal gates, alignment checkpoints, and integrated business processes.
Prepare forecasting tools, presentations, and planning readouts for leadership.
Collaborate with geo teams to ensure alignment across markets and key accounts.
Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, processes, and reporting.
