About The Position

Join Cisco's Global Security organization, a dynamic team dedicated to driving technical excellence and shaping the future of cybersecurity solutions. We are a high-performing group focused on empowering our internal and channel sales engineering teams to achieve consistent growth and adoption of cutting-edge security technologies. As a Senior Leader, you will spearhead technical enablement strategy and drive the performance of Solutions Engineering teams. You will lead high-performing SE teams, foster technical excellence, standardize go-to-market technical sales assets, and develop innovative enablement programs. This role is exciting as it directly influences the success and adoption of Cisco's key security solutions, including SSE/SASE, HFM, AI Security and Security Operations, by optimizing the technical sales process and building a vibrant technical community.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years as a technical sales/solutions engineer enablement leader or as a principal security architect.
  • 2+ years as a sales/solutions engineer or sales engineering leader.
  • Experience leading high-performance SE teams and SE Technical enablement organizations.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity solutions including Hybrid Mesh Firewall (HMF), Universal Zero Trust Network Access (UZTNA), and Security Operations technologies.
  • Experience in a cybersecurity organization/company and/or an enterprise SaaS company.

  • Experience building, designing, launching, and scaling comprehensive enablement programs.
  • Experience with multiple enablement delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing a comprehensive suite of enablement tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in an ambiguous and constantly evolving environment.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop elite, geographically dispersed technical GTM and enablement teams, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance Solutions Engineer effectiveness.
  • Create and implement impactful "always-on" enablement programs and integrated learning paths.
  • Develop tools and processes to enhance the "See -> Try -> Buy" motion, including demos and proof of values.
  • Establish KPIs and analytics dashboards to measure and communicate the effectiveness of team performance and enablement initiatives.
  • Leverage AI and AI training platforms to deliver next generation training and enablement fo the Sales Engineers.
