As a Technical Solutions Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and developing Technical Enablement programs, training, and internal and customer facing technical content. You possess exceptional technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills alongside strong working knowledge of Adobe creativity and productivity solutions. Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical sales experience in creativity or productivity business solutions, or related fields within SaaS, productivity software, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven ability to build programs.
  • Deep hands‑on experience with Adobe solutions (Creative Cloud, Frame, Acrobat, Express, or Firefly).
  • Strong understanding of AI’s role in modern enterprise workflows and its emerging business value.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical innovation into business value.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with sales, GTM, product, and marketing.
  • Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Technical Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training and enablement tools, technical documentation, and resources for global Technical Sales teams (Solutions Consulting, Customer Success Managers, etc.).
  • Develop Sales-Ready Solutions Content: Build crisp, actionable technical sales collateral that show technical sellers how to position, articulate, and land solution value.
  • Strengthen Solution Roadmap with Technical Voice: Surface technical sales team feedback for new capabilities, integrations, and roadmap investments to unlock deeper solution potential for customers.
  • Align with Cross Functional Teams: Collaborate with enablement, product marketing, and field teams to ensure technical consistency in sales play execution.
