Director, Sales - Marketing AI

Uniphore•Palo Alto, CA
•$261,900 - $400,000

About The Position

Uniphore is hiring a Director of Sales for Marketing AI, a newly created, high-visibility role and one of the company's first dedicated Marketing AI sales positions. The role owns a direct territory and book of business while also serving as an overlay to the core sales team, partnering with direct representatives to bring Marketing AI into existing enterprise accounts. The seller will engage CMOs and senior marketing technology leaders at large enterprises and pursue multi-million-dollar and eight-figure transformation opportunities. Uniphore Marketing AI is positioned as an AI operating model for modern enterprises. It builds a digital twin of each customer, simulates campaign outcomes before budget is committed, and learns from results to support autonomous execution across channels. It runs on Uniphore's sovereign Business AI Cloud, allowing enterprises to retain control of their data and models. The role leads the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close. It requires building executive relationships, positioning Marketing AI alongside customers' existing marketing technology and CDP stacks, developing business cases tied to measurable outcomes, and coordinating cross-functional teams through multi-threaded sales cycles. The Director also maintains pipeline and forecast discipline, provides market feedback to Product and Go-to-Market leadership, and keeps expert knowledge of Marketing AI, the Martech ecosystem, and enterprise AI trends. Moderate domestic and international travel is expected.
