About The Position

Southfield Village, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking a relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales and marketing efforts, increase community awareness, and guide prospective residents and their families through choosing senior living. The position leads the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in and develops strategies that support community growth and occupancy goals. It also builds referral and community relationships, plans events and outreach, collaborates with campus leadership and the Greencroft Communities marketing team, and supports team members while monitoring sales and marketing performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and achieving sales goals.
• Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to compassionate service and the mission and values of Greencroft Communities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience with Aline.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, providing a welcoming and personalized experience for prospective residents and their families.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that support community growth and occupancy goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, local organizations, and the broader community.
• Plan events, community tours, and outreach activities to showcase life at Southfield Village.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and the Greencroft Communities marketing team to strengthen community visibility and engagement.
• Lead, coach, and support team members while monitoring sales performance and marketing results.
