Director, RGM Segmentation Framework

The Coca-Cola Company•Atlanta, GA
•$148,000 - $169,000

About The Position

The Director, RGM Segmentation Framework leads the design, evolution, and application of The Coca-Cola Company’s North America Operating Unit (NAOU) segmentation framework across consumers, shoppers, occasions, channels, outlets, customers, geographies, and physical and digital environments. Reporting to the Senior Director II, RGM Segmentation & OBPPC Enablement, this role is the tower’s deepest strategic and analytical expert, identifying and quantifying priority growth pools, developing de-averaging methodologies and segment economics, and translating segmentation into strategic use cases that inform differentiated OBPPC choices. The role recommends frameworks and guardrails; Portfolio OBPPC retains final portfolio and package strategy, while RGM Execution retains customer and bottler execution. The Director builds common taxonomies, methodologies, decision rules, analytical standards, and quality controls so segmentation can be applied consistently across NAOU. The role integrates multiple data sources, develops business cases, and provides recommendations to senior RGM leaders that articulate trade-offs, risks, and value pools. It also coaches team members and applies agile, test-and-learn approaches to continuously improve methods and use cases. Success includes adoption of a common, decision-useful segmentation framework; incorporating economically differentiated growth pools into OBPPC planning; improving the precision of strategic choices; demonstrating incremental growth and system value while managing cannibalization and margin dilution; creating reusable analytical methods and standards; and achieving strong cross-functional alignment. The position is based in Atlanta, United States, requires 0%–25% travel, and relocation is provided. The company will not sponsor employment-based visas; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring the company’s sponsorship.
