Director - Revenue & Marketing Delivery, PMO

Hard Rock Digital•United States, FL

About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is building an online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming business. The Director of Revenue & Marketing Delivery is a senior, hands-on delivery leader and highly experienced individual contributor reporting to the PMO and embedded across Revenue, Marketing, CRM, and Growth. This is an ownership role rather than a management or coordination layer: the Director personally drives high-impact commercial initiatives from definition through measurable results. The role requires practical experience within revenue or operational teams and understanding of how commercial performance is created, including acquisition, retention, CRM strategy, promotional mechanics, player lifecycle, operational constraints, and margin trade-offs. The Director brings strong Business Analyst foundations, commercial judgment, and the confidence to challenge work that does not align with strategy or commercial reality. The Director owns complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, defines scope and success measures, translates strategic priorities into executable plans, and resolves dependencies and blockers. They partner with Revenue, Marketing, CRM, and Growth leaders, maintain commercially grounded roadmaps, prioritize based on impact and feasibility, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, trade-offs, and commercial impact. Success means initiatives move quickly and deliver measurable revenue or operational results, with improved clarity, pace, and accountability across teams.
