Ironclad is seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement to lead a crucial part of its Revenue organization. This role is designed for a leader who can combine strategic thinking, team leadership, cross-functional influence, and operational rigor to build systems, programs, and rhythms that enhance field effectiveness at scale. The position will focus on shaping how the field sells, how managers lead, and how teams adopt new ways of working in an AI-driven environment. The Director will lead a team and oversee a broad portfolio including AI field readiness, front-line manager enablement, value selling reinforcement, quarterly certifications, SKO support, and ongoing field communications.
