Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four year college or related experience.
  • Minimum seven years managerial experience, HVAC industry experience preferred.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire others and ensure that employees are highly engaged with their work.
  • Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships.
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Directs Field Operation Leaders to ensure service, maintenance and installations are consistent across the country.
  • Makes assessments and recommendations for changes to meet customer and business expectations.
  • Drives and supports overall Company financial goals and profitability goals through added sales and service.
  • Assesses the need for new branches.
  • Increases management effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers.
  • Communicates values, strategies, and objectives.
  • Assigns accountabilities; plans, monitors, and appraises job results; developing a climate for offering information and opinions.
  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending solutions.
  • Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
  • Coordinates actions with corporate staff.
  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
