About The Position

The Director of Product owns the vision for OuterBox’s product technology layer, including internal applications, automation, and AI that support delivery of marketing services, as well as direct-to-market products such as LOOP Analytics and future offerings. The role defines how the products work together as a consolidated, scalable system, ensures each product delivers value to its intended users, and turns the development team’s capabilities into products that distinguish OuterBox. The Director leads and develops the Product Managers, sets product priorities and standards in partnership with the Director of Technology, oversees execution, and reports on product performance for the service organization, clients, and business. The position directs product strategy and portfolio architecture, internal and client-facing product development, product delivery and adoption, measurement, and evaluation of emerging technology. The role requires at least six years of product management or product leadership experience, including at least two years leading Product Managers or product teams. The successful candidate has experience setting portfolio-wide product vision and strategy, consolidating tools, taking products to market, shipping internal and external software, and partnering with development and technology teams. Working familiarity with digital marketing agency services, product processes, Agile delivery, data and KPI measurement, user research and experience judgment, AI-assisted development tools, and cloud-native platforms is expected. The position is primarily desk- and computer-based, with light physical activity such as carrying equipment or setting up presentations. It requires sustained mental focus and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate must be located in the USA; OuterBox cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa. OuterBox may use AI-assisted tools to support hiring, with human review involved in employment decisions.
