About The Position

GolfNow is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product initiatives and develop Product Management talent across its B2B golf technology portfolio. The role combines product expertise, strategic thinking, and people leadership to improve technology that helps golf course operators manage their businesses and drive growth. Working with Engineering, Design, and business leadership, the Director translates business objectives into coordinated product priorities and delivers measurable improvements in customer experience, adoption, and commercial performance. The role also brings an AI-native approach to Product Management, using AI and modern tools to improve effectiveness and developing these capabilities across the team. The Director will advance GolfNow’s B2B products while building a strong Product Management team. Success is measured by customer and business outcomes and by developing Product Managers who demonstrate sound judgment, ownership, and accountability. The position is remote, with occasional in-person collaboration for team meetings, strategic planning, and other business needs. There is no formal on-call rotation, but the role requires flexibility to participate in responses to critical production issues outside regular business hours when necessary.

  • An AI-native approach to Product Management, including the ability to leverage AI and automation effectively and develop these capabilities across a team.
  • Demonstrated product leadership, people development, sound judgment, and measurable business impact.
