Director, People Technology

Chobani•Frisco, TX
•$140,000 - $200,000

About The Position

The Director, People Technology is the technology lead for Chobani’s People Team and is accountable for the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of its People technology ecosystem. This is a hands-on builder and leadership role: the Director sets direction, works alongside the team, challenges conventional approaches, and turns new ideas into practical, scalable solutions. The role requires staying current on the HR technology market and translating innovation into business value in a fast-paced, growing organization. The Director leads the People Technology team and partners with IT, Information Security, the People Service Center, Payroll, People Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, business leaders, and external partners. The position owns the employee-lifecycle technology experience and the People Technology product portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms. It guides platform design, configuration, integrations, testing, releases, adoption, support, and continuous improvement, while ensuring that data, workflows, permissions, and configurations support accurate operations and reporting. The Director defines and delivers a multi-year technology strategy, evaluates and improves the ecosystem, establishes governance and prioritization, and leads People Technology workstreams for enterprise transformations. The role also manages technology evaluations, vendors, budgets, contracts, risk, and value realization; ensures applicable privacy, security, audit, records-retention, and SOX requirements are met; and builds and develops a high-performing team. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $140,000–$200,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay depends on work location and job-related factors. Chobani offers medical, dental, vision, disability, health savings and flexible spending account coverage, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, fertility and childcare assistance, parental leave, wellness resources, paid time off, holidays, and paid volunteer time off.
