About The Position

The Director of Patient Care Services is accountable for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of services within assigned departments. The role oversees critical care services for SLH, including four adult ICUs and the CV Prep and Recovery areas. In cooperation with the Medical Staff, the Director leads the planning, development, and implementation of programs and services that support the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (MO) credential through the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee delivery of services within assigned departments.
• Oversee critical care services for SLH, including four adult ICUs and the CV Prep and Recovery areas.
• Work cooperatively with the Medical Staff to plan, develop, and implement programs and services supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic direction.
