About The Position

The Director of Patient Care Services is accountable for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of services within assigned departments. The Director oversees critical care services for SLH, including four adult ICUs and the CV Prep and Recovery areas. Working cooperatively with the Medical Staff, the Director provides leadership in planning, developing, and implementing programs and services that support the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic direction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• Registered Nurse (MO) registration through the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities
