Talkiatry is seeking a highly execution-oriented Director of Organic Growth to build and scale our organic acquisition engine across SEO, AI-driven search, and emerging discovery platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving meaningful patient acquisition by translating high-impact organic opportunities into a clear roadmap and consistently shipping work that delivers measurable results. This is a hands-on leadership role (especially in the first 90 days), requiring both strategic thinking and the ability to turn ideas into live, high-quality execution. You will lead our “Search Everywhere” strategy across platforms including Google, AI search (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini), video search, social platforms, and provider directors (e.g. Psychology Today, WebMD), while building the systems and team needed to scale output over time. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will own organic growth outcomes end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to ensuring execution is delivered on time and drives business impact. Success in this role requires not just strong ideas, but the ability to operationalize them into detailed plans and ensure they ship with quality and speed.
