Brex is seeking a Director of Organic Growth & Discoverability to own everything between paid acquisition and brand that drives a buyer from first discovery to qualified lead. This role involves setting strategy, building a team, managing agency relationships, and achieving specific growth targets. The position is based in the Seattle office, operating in a hybrid environment with a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, increasing to three days per week starting February 2, 2026. The role also offers up to four weeks per year of fully remote work. Marketing at Brex is responsible for telling the company's story to the world, spanning Revenue, Product, and Brand Marketing. The team focuses on translating product value into business results, working closely with other functions at Brex. They operate with speed, embrace experimentation, and deeply consider customer behavior, aiming for creativity to drive growth and shape perception.
