Brex is seeking a Director, Organic Growth & Discoverability to own everything between paid acquisition and brand that drives a buyer from first discovery to qualified lead. This role involves setting strategy, building a team, managing agency relationships, and achieving specific growth targets. The position reports to the Head of Growth Marketing and is based in the San Francisco office, operating in a hybrid environment with a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, increasing to three days per week starting February 2, 2026. The role also offers up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
