About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking HR leader to serve as our Director of Talent Acquisition & People Growth at our U.S. headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this strategic role, you’ll shape an integrated talent agenda spanning talent acquisition, talent management, employer branding, early careers/university relations, workforce planning and analytics, and inclusion ensuring our U.S. business has the skills, leadership, and capabilities to meet today’s priorities and tomorrow’s workforce challenges.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale TA strategies in large, complex, matrixed organizations (ideally across corporate and operational/industrial hiring populations).
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruiting/selection practices: sourcing, structured assessment, recruiting technology, and data-driven process optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation and change, redesigning operating models and improving speed, quality, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, mobility, talent reviews, succession).
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/presentation skills; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance, with a consistent track record of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management ways of working across the U.S., evolving operating models, governance, processes, and team capabilities to deliver agile, insight-led talent outcomes aligned to business strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end U.S. talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Early Careers, and Inclusion.
  • Partner with People & Culture leaders and global talent teams to deliver integrated solutions that build organizational capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enhance candidate and employee experience.
  • Simplify, standardize, modernize, and continuously improve TA/TM processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring global alignment and local relevance.
  • Establish feedback loops and use analytics/experience measures to improve outcomes and measure impact.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring execution and experience, including interview governance, recruiter capability building, vendor strategy, and systems optimization.
  • Ensure compliance and risk readiness across talent acquisition and people practices, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Audit to uphold employment law, internal standards, and audit/disclosure requirements.
  • Support and oversee the full U.S. talent lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, talent reviews, succession, and leadership/capability development.
  • Translate enterprise and functional priorities into actionable workforce plans, recruiting strategies, and internal talent movement to build durable pipelines and reduce time-to-capability.
  • Provide real-time talent market intelligence and predictive workforce insights to inform executive decisions, prioritize critical roles/capabilities, and optimize hiring investments across corporate and operational environments.
  • Define and use KPIs/analytics to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Co-anchor the US employee engagement and inclusion strategy with the Head of Governance and Transformation, including goals, initiatives and measures of success.
  • Establish and oversee inclusion governance (e.g., Inclusion Council) and partner with Employee Resources Groups/line-of-business councils to advance engagement and alignment.
  • Coach leaders and teams to embed inclusion in management practices, talent decisions, and day-to-day ways of working.
  • Partner with internal and external communities to strengthen inclusive attraction, retention, and advancement.
  • Monitor external best practices and evolve programs, learning solutions, and metrics; manage the annual inclusion budget.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team; build a culture of accountability, belonging, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.
  • Foster continuous learning and innovation across the talent function.
  • Influence and partner with senior business leaders and People & Culture leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.
